Coburn Woods is a Homeowners Association originally designed for singles, couples, and small families. It contains 220 individual houses on 63 acres using a "cluster" design, with lots of trees helping screen us from one another. The central concept of Coburn Woods is "The peaceful enjoyment of an urban home in a rural wooded setting."

Please download and review the latest version of the specification before submitting any architectural change request.

Remember that the new vehicle stickers must be applied to vehicles by April 15th. Please contact Harvard Management directly if you have not picked up or applied for your stickers.
